Below is an overview of FORMED's new "Credit Plan," which was introduced alongside the FORMED Market to provide users with a cost-effective way to access more Catholic content on the FORMED Market.

There are different tiers of credit plans, as outlined in the chart below:

Do credits expire? Credits do not expire as long as you have a Credit Membership Plan, however, there is a limit on how many unused credits you may have at one time. Each plan allows you to hold onto a specific number unused credits so that they may be used when you find the next item to purchase or rent. These stored credits are "rolled over" to your next billing cycle, either monthly or yearly.

Once you have reached the "roll over" limit for your particular Credit Membership Plan, older unused credits will be retired when the plan is renewed to limit the number being carried forward however the user will continue to receive new credits for the month or year. See the chart below for the specific rollover limits:

Credit Membership PlanRollover Limit New Credits Max Credits
Bronze Monthly40 Credits/mo 10 Credits/mo 50 Credits
Silver Monthly60 Credits/mo15 Credits/mo 75 Credits
Gold Monthly80 Credits/mo 20 Credits/mo100 Credits
Platinum Annual100 Credits/yr 270 Credits/yr 370 Credits

For example, if you have a Bronze monthly plan that has more than 40 credits at the end of the month only 40 credits will be rolled over and then you will receive your new installment of 10 credits so there is a maximum number of credits may you have at any given time on this plan (40 rollover + 10 new or 50 credits see above table).

Credit Plans may be cancelled at any time, and your card on file will not be charged on the next renewal date. When a credit plan is cancelled, all credits become void. FORMED will not reimburse users for any lost credits due to cancelling their credit subscription. FORMED recommends that users spend all of their remaining credits before cancelling their Credit Plan.

When a Credit Plan has been cancelled, any On Demand content in a user's Library will no longer be viewable. Any On Demand content that has been downloaded to the user's device may continue to be viewed, even after the credit plan has been cancelled.
